A spin and yoga instructor, AFAA certified trainer and wife to a husband who has way more Kinesiology experience than I could ever dream of having, my background in and obsession with health and fitness means I'm constantly researching and trying out ways to improve mine and my family's health. And let me tell you that can be exhausting! There's so much info out there, how are you supposed to determine what works and what doesn't? Luckily I've tried heaps of it out and found a nutrition staple that I swear by.
