Not only are we lucky enough to have the most beautiful & wonderful mom's (and mother-in-laws!) in the world, hitting our 30's has meant we are right in thick of friends having babes of their own in addition to getting the "when are you guys going to have kids?" question on the daily. As such, when I come across anything baby related that catches my eye, I take note. I selected a few of my mom & baby stylish picks for todays modern mamas to share with y'all on this fine Mother's Day - lots of love and high fives to all the (current & future) mom's out there!

JAIME KING
It all starts somewhere. Let's get serious here, there are some pro's (everyone loves cooing over pregnant gals) and cons (morning sickness) to being with child. Why not make your maternity style a pro vs. con? Jaime King has this sh*t dialled. She recently did an article on WhoWhatWear on maternity dressing and I love what she shares about being pregnant as a celebration of femininity & how she decided that when she got pregnant she was going to have more fun with fashion because, well, why not?!
A peek at her maternity style below + I'm also in the process of littering her fabulous mama style all over our Pinterest page.
*disclosure* I have a slight obsession with Hart of Dixie and am considering naming my first born Lemon.
SONNET JAMES
I'm a big fan of Whitney, the brains behind Sonnet James, and her philosophy. Her dresses have been designed by an incredibly active, creative and stylish mom, her. I stumbled upon her site and was ferociously adding dresses to my cart until it dawned on me that even though these dresses work for any babe, one with a kiddo or not, I was going to save this shopping treat until I was a mama in need of the daily-outfit-of-my-parenting-dreams. A few styles I'm coveting below - oh and she's offering 30% off select style this Mother's Day weekend #giftyourself !
LITTLE CITIZENS
Mom's shouldn't have all the stylish fun, right?! We've had Jenny and her incredible company Little Citizens on the blog before but it's worth repeating. Her mentality of versatility and style for kids is refreshing. If I want this for me, why wouldn't I want it for the amazing kiddos in my life? Jenny has a style that's coveted by many and she's injected it into every piece created for Little Citizens. Natural fabrics and on-trend designs for new borns up to 3 years of age.
