marathon season is right around the corner for me:)  as much as i love finding kick ass tracks to hustle you through a spin class I also spend hours with my ear phones in hitting the trails throughout my week.  so whether it is a 50 min spin class, those dirty hill/stair workouts or those long trail runs, I have a few killer tracks to get you through it! xoxo J.
